Who holds this

ФОП Латковська Вікторія Валеріївна runs this platform and decides what is done with the data below. Write to support@instatg.com about anything on this page, including having something removed.

What is held about a buyer

When you place an order in a shop that runs here, the shop records what you ordered, the delivery address exactly as you wrote it, the way you chose to pay, and the Telegram account the order came from. That is what the merchant needs to send you what you bought, and it is the whole of it.

Nothing is recorded about you for reading a shop. There is no cookie, no identifier invented for you, no record of the pages you looked at, and no profile built from anything you did.

The merchant whose shop you ordered from can read your order. Nobody selling in another shop can, and neither can anybody else.

What is held about a merchant

A shop is opened with a bot token from Telegram. The token is stored encrypted and is never shown again, not to us and not on any screen. Alongside it the platform holds the Telegram account that opened the shop, the shop's own settings, and its catalog and orders.

What is held about a visitor to this page

That somebody arrived, when, and which link brought them. Not who. There is no identifier, nothing is written to your device, and two visits from the same person cannot be told apart from two visits by two people.

How long

An order and its shop live as long as the shop does. A merchant who closes a shop can ask for it and everything in it to be removed, and so can a buyer about their own orders — write to support@instatg.com.

Records that keep the platform running — that a step happened, that a request was refused — are kept briefly and carry no name, no address and no phone number.

What is not done

Nothing here is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser. There is no tracking across other sites, no advertising network, and no analytics product watching you read this.
