Who decides

ФОП Латковська Вікторія Валеріївна runs this platform. Write to support@instatg.com about anything on this page.

Your order is decided about by the shop you placed it in: the shop is the seller, and it collects its buyers' data for itself. The platform keeps that data for that shop and for nothing else. What is held about a merchant and about a visitor to this page is decided by ФОП Латковська Вікторія Валеріївна.

What is held about a buyer

When you place an order in a shop that runs here, the shop records what you ordered, your name and phone number, the way of delivery and the address exactly as you wrote it, your comment, the way you chose to pay, and the Telegram account the order came from. If you pay by card, whether the payment went through is recorded; the platform never sees the card number. If you write to the shop through its bot, that conversation is kept too, and so is anything you declared about the order, such as withdrawing from it.

Nothing is recorded about you for reading a shop. There is no cookie, no identifier invented for you, no record of the pages you looked at, and no profile built from anything you did. If a shop's page breaks on your device, the device sends a report of the failure. The report is built so that your name, address and phone number stay out of it; the service that receives it sees your device's internet address.

The merchant whose shop you ordered from can read your order and your conversation with them. Nobody selling in another shop can. Beyond the merchant, the people who keep the platform running can reach them and are bound to keep them confidential; they rest on the server and in the backups named below.

Ask the shop about your data

To learn what is recorded about you, to correct it or to have it removed, write to the shop in its bot. If you write to support@instatg.com instead, your message is passed to the shop and the platform does what the shop decides.

What is held about a merchant

A shop is opened with a bot token from Telegram. The token is stored encrypted, is decrypted only to call Telegram — for the shop, or to check that the bot still works — and is shown on no screen. Alongside it the platform holds the Telegram account that opened the shop, the shop's own settings, and its catalog and orders.

What is held about a visitor to this page

That somebody arrived, when, and which link brought them. Not who. There is no identifier, nothing is written to your device, and two visits from the same person cannot be told apart from two visits by two people.

Where it is held

Shops, orders and conversations are held on a server in Germany, and their backups in Eastern Europe: the provider names a region, not a country.

Who the platform hands data to

The platform runs on other companies' services. Each receives only what is named here.

DigitalOcean, Germany — the server the shops run on: everything described above.

Cloudflare, Eastern Europe — backups of the same.

Sentry, Germany — failure reports: from your device when a shop's page breaks, together with the device's internet address, and from the platform's server. The reports are built so that a name, an address or a phone number stays out of them.

Grafana Labs, United Kingdom — the records that keep the platform running, without the fields that may quote whatever failed.

Zoho, European Union — the mail at support@instatg.com: whatever you write to us.

GitLab, United States — serves this page and, like any server, sees your device's internet address.

If you pay by card, the bank the shop connected receives, on the shop's own account, the order's number, its lines and its sum. It is the shop's bank, not a service the platform runs on.

Telegram carries your messages and orders between you and the shop's bot. It is the channel you chose, not a service the platform hands anything to.

A change to this list is a change to this document: it carries a date of its own, and the text it replaced stays readable.

How long

An order, a conversation and its shop live as long as the shop does. A merchant who closes a shop can ask for it and everything in it to be removed. A buyer asks the shop about their own orders.

Records that keep the platform running — that a step happened, that a request was refused — are kept briefly. When something fails, a record on the platform's server may quote what it failed on, an order's details included; that part of it stays on the server and does not reach Grafana.

What is not done

Nothing here is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser. There is no tracking across other sites, no advertising network, and no analytics product watching you read this.
